Under a new scheme, patients who live outside of the practice boundary may register at the practice under special conditions.
Under the new scheme this practice would not be responsible for any out of hours or in hours urgent care this would be provided by a designated service local to you.
Please contact the practice and ask to speak to a doctor who can go through the process with you and they can then decide if it is clinically appropriate for you to be registered under the new scheme .
